Jobot seeks an Attorney to provide practical legal support to our fast-growing, tech-enabled recruiting and staffing firm serving professional, scientific, and technical clients. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on regulatory and data privacy compliance, and support risk management across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and operations in a collaborative, tech-forward culture, leveraging modern tools to deliver efficient, business-oriented legal solutions while helping shape scalable templates, policies, and processes. Provide practical legal advice on contracts, compliance, and risk for a tech-enabled recruiting and staffing business Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and partners Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and guidance for leadership and internal teams Support regulatory and data privacy compliance in professional, scientific, and technical services contexts Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to structure solutions that balance risk with business goals Manage outside counsel, disputes, and pre-litigation matters as needed Develop and refine templates, playbooks, and processes to improve legal efficiency Educate internal stakeholders on key legal issues, policies, and best practices Legal research Contract drafting and review Litigation support Regulatory compliance analysis Client counseling Brief and motion writing Case management Negotiation and settlement Document review and e-discovery Risk assessment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active JD from an accredited law school Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar Strong record of legal writing samples Experience supporting corporate or commercial clients5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
