Local Contract Quality Control Technician - $28-30 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Quality Control Technician for a local contract job in Long Beach, California.

Quality Control Technician
Shift: 1st shift – 6am-230pm & 2nd shift – 2pm-1030pm & 3rd shift – 10pm-630am

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of handson SPD experience, including experience with loaner and consignment trays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
• General knowledge of surgical instruments and processing protocols.
  Knowledge of sterilization techniques, including steam sterilization and infection control practices.
• Familiarity with ANSI/AAMI standards and manufacturer Instructions for Use (IFUs).
• Skill in operating washer disinfectors, autoclaves, and other related equipment.
  Strong manual dexterity and handeye coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and maintain performance under pressure.
• Ability to read and follow detailed Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Basic proficiency with personal computers and electronic data systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to receive required vaccinations and health screenings.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• CRCST or CSPDT certification.
• BLS (AHA)
