Elite Fine Jewelry & Timepieces Director (Beverly Hills)

Summary

The Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Director leads the flagship House of Dior Beverly Hills Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry business, overseeing sales strategy, client development, team growth and operational excellence. This role is accountable for achieving annual sales targets, cultivating UHNW client relationships, and representing the Maison with professionalism and product expertise. The director will coach and develop Client Advisors and partner with regional and corporate teams on events and merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead achievement of annual sales goals across Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry and drive category performance.
• Develop and execute proactive business strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
• Build and nurture a book of UHNW and High Jewelry clients through relationship-first clienteling and networking.
• Partner with Merchandising, Regional and Corporate teams to analyze sales, plan activations and execute client events.
• Coach, inspire and develop Client Advisors, Grand Vendeurs and Fine Jewelry Specialists to elevate team performance and client experience.
• Collaborate with operations on shipping and receiving, inventory management and after-sales service to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry sales with a demonstrated record of client development and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing retail sales teams, with the ability to coach and inspire.
• Deep product knowledge and passion for fine jewelry and timepieces, with experience delivering team training.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills for engaging UHNW clients and hosting events.
• Operational understanding of inventory, shipping and after-sales processes and commitment to company standards and compliance.
