Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Lincoln, CA
Pay: $24.00–$29.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing construction company in Lincoln. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced AR professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing customer accounts and receivables.
What You'll Do
- Process and post customer payments accurately
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Monitor outstanding and past-due balances
- Review aging reports and follow up on account discrepancies
- Research and resolve payment or account issues
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices and account balances as needed
- Reconcile accounts and ensure payments are properly applied
- Assist with month-end AR reporting and account reconciliation
- Maintain organized and accurate AR documentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Comfortable reviewing aging reports and monitoring past-due balances
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Construction industry or job-costing experience is a plus
This is not a heavy collections position. The primary focus is maintaining accurate accounts, processing receivables, monitoring balances, and following up on outstanding invoices rather than making frequent collection calls.
