Business Solutions Analyst

As a Sr. Business Solutions Analyst, you shape how systems and processes support the company's goals. You partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure delivery quality across the project lifecycle. You'll maintain process documentation and manage the Engage backlog to drive value realization. You'll identify improvements to keep our platforms efficient and aligned with strategic objectives. • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality outputs across all delivery phases, from requirements and process flows to user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams
• Maintain and refine the Engage product backlog (prioritization, refinement, and elaboration of stories, features, and epics)
• Identify and implement new processes to enhance system efficiency and drive process improvements
• Research standard methodologies and communicate policies to business teams and teammates
• Participate in design and solutioning sessions to align platform capabilities with business requirements and value realization
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years as a Business Architect or similar IT role
• MS Office Suite and Visio, intermediate to advanced
• Pega Cloud Systems, intermediate to advanced
• Expert knowledge of system architecture and design best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
