Business Relationship Manager

In this role you drive growth by deepening existing client relationships and building new ones within a cross-functional banking team. You will work closely with commercial lending partners, private banking, and branch leadership to execute sales strategies and deliver financial solutions. The role combines high-touch service with digital leverage to support customers' business needs and expansion goals. • Achieve revenue and growth goals across C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury, deposits, and related products
• Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute customer-centric marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting and networking
• Maintain knowledge of credit policy and ensure accurate loan package submissions
• Participate in local/regional business events and coordinate targeted campaigns
• Provide market and competitive feedback to management
• Educate customers on digital banking and investment platforms
• May perform other duties as assigned

• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with a proven sales record
• Strong understanding of C&I and SBA lending
• Knowledge of banks, credit, and deposit products; international experience with U.S. and Greater China preferred
• Strong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting, and negotiating skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
