Job Overview Dermatology Specialty Sales Manager position. Up to $265K Total Income Package Plus Car. Company Specialty division of an international top five pharmaceutical manufacturer. A leader in their segment of the industry. A growing company with a strong focus on acquiring new products. Position Specialty Sales Manager leading a team of 9 reps selling first line therapy to dermatologists. Territory The district includes the geography between Fairfield, CA and Santa Barbara, CA. Compensation Total income package is $265K or more, plus tremendous benefits and career development. Base Salary ranges up to about $210K. Bonus plan adds $55K at goal, but can be even higher based on personal performance. Generous annual stock option grants for sales managers.
