Papé Machinery Inc., a leading Western U.S. equipment dealer, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales of agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery within an assigned region. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, drive equipment, rental, and parts sales, and build long-term relationships with farmers, contractors, and commercial clients. You’ll identify new business opportunities, conduct site visits and equipment demos, and collaborate with parts and service teams to deliver full lifecycle support. Papé offers strong training, advancement, and a family-owned, safety-focused culture. Manage and grow equipment, rental, and parts sales within an assigned territory Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, contractors, and commercial customers Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through visits and outreach Conduct onsite equipment demonstrations and consultative sales presentations Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report activity Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide full lifecycle customer support Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the region Represent Papé Machinery at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings Promote Papé’s safety-focused, customer-first culture in all interactions Territory sales management B2B sales Account management Sales pipeline management (CRM) Equipment product knowledge (ag/construction/forestry) Contract negotiation Forecasting and quota management Customer relationship management Market research and territory planning Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record OSHA or equipment safety training (preferred) Sales or account management training/certification (preferred) Familiarity with agricultural, construction, or forestry equipment operations (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
