Provide armed security at a luxury retail jewelry location in La Jolla, California. Conduct visible and random patrols, monitor access and activity, respond to alarms and incidents, and maintain accurate logs while supporting a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff. Provide customer service while following security procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, incidents, and critical situations, following escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the sales floor, entry points, back-of-house areas, and perimeter. Monitor restricted-area access and customer and employee activity for potential loss-prevention concerns. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports. Communicate with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
