This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new product portfolio. Responsibilities: Manage new content deliverables and content updates for all mobile and website properties Be the Content team’s bridge between the CMS, content partners and the tech/product team Contribute as needed to writing, editing, and proofing process Make sure the brand’s voice and tone is accurate across all deliverables Work closely with in-house Creative (UX, Copy, Designers, Digital Asset Managers), SEO, Technical/Web Development, and Project Management teams Partner with external teams to gather assets and stick to deadlines Help set up CMS workflows, authoring statuses, content processes, file-naming conventions, etc. Be instrumental around the development of the CMS organizational structure so that it’s optimized for authoring needs Collaborate on a dependable, manageable QA process, keeping high-quality content at the forefront Juggle videos, images, copy decks, and schedules with grace. Understand the success factors to good content and continuously update and test features Experience & Skills: At least four years of proprietary or out-of-the-box content tools management A passion for fashion and beauty with a deep personal and work knowledge of best-in-class sites, apps and brands Stickler for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and details across copy and images Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented; comfortable with project management tools Fantastic, “get things done” attitude. Not fazed by large volumes of content and launch deadlines Enjoys a challenge; appreciates the urgency and continuous innovation required in a fast-paced, creative environment Superior communication skills across writing, speaking, listening, and tech speak Eager to learn and technically savvy: Loves to learn new technologies and processes as they are introduced 5-7 years Project/campaign planning and management experience a must Lifestyle/brand marketing experience A passion for a mobile first word and a knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, it’s nuances and key contacts/leaders in the Mobile Operating Systems Experience managing cross-departmental teams for a global company Understanding of sales metrics and tracking Excellent interpersonal skills, with positive attitude Team play with a collaborative work style A passion for start-ups but a respect for solid process and standards in the marketing field This position will be based in San Francisco, CA and will report to the Content Lead Education Requirements: Individual will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree read more
