Our client is in need of additional FP Hospitalist candidates! looking to add 2 more providers to the pool for ongoing coverage. Call on weekends (7:30a Fri - 7:30a Mon)Weekdays are 7:30a - 7:30aReason for need: Backfill coverageInpatient admitting, rounding, and backing up the NP in the EDAPPs provide coverage 24/7Patient population: adult, pediatric, medicine, traumaSolo coverage - only Hospitalist during coverage1-2 admissions per day; 0 ICU; 5-6 inpatientsWill respond to house codesWill cover Patient Care Unit on the 2nd floor of the hospitalWill be responsible for supervising other healthcare providersEMR: EpicTrauma level 4Required procedures: Non-Invasive Vent Management (bipap/cpap), Intubation (ETT/INT), Chest Tube insertion, Central Line, PICC Line, Newborn Resuscitation, General Inpatient pediatrics, Non-displaced fractures, suturing of minor lacerations, evaluation, and management of acute volume/BP issues, EKG interpretation 90-day credentialing timeline, but able to grant temp privileges in 2 weeks, if needed
