KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead its Foothills Elementary program. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures a safe, engaging environment, and upholds KinderCare’s high standards for early learning. You will supervise and develop staff, manage enrollment and family relationships, and maintain licensing and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with school partners, you’ll implement age-appropriate curriculum, support inclusive practices, and foster a culture of continuous growth for both children and educators. Oversee daily operations of the KinderCare program at Foothills Elementary, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Lead, coach, and schedule staff to deliver high-quality educational and care experiences. Implement and support age-appropriate curriculum aligned with KinderCare standards and school expectations. Manage enrollment, family communication, and relationships to support child development and satisfaction. Ensure full compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations and KinderCare policies. Monitor budgets, resources, and center materials to support efficient, high-quality operations. Collaborate with Foothills Elementary leadership and community partners to align programs and services. Track child progress, maintain accurate records, and use data to drive continuous program improvement.
