This role is ideal for nurses experienced in critical care who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing complex patient conditions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes promptly.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and titrate critical drips.
  • Operate advanced life-support equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps).
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.Requirements:
    • Active RN license (state or compact, as applicable)
    • Minimum 1- 2 years of ICU experience preferred
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
