"OB/GYN Nurse PractitionerAssignment Details Location: Westminster & Thornton, Colorado Practice Setting: Outpatient OB/GYN Clinic Coverage: Ongoing locum opportunity Reason for Coverage: Provider departureCompensation:Hourly:Tier 1 - $130/hrTier 2 - $150/hrSchedule MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM One-hour unpaid lunch Initial Coverage Dates: August 37 August 1014 August 1721 August 2428 August 31September 4 Ongoing coverage beginning November 2026Clinical Details Outpatient OB/GYN clinic No trauma designation EMR: Epic Medical Assistant support Approximate daily patient volume: 1820 patientsRequirements AANP or ANCC Certified Nurse Practitioner Active Colorado license BLS certification highly preferred DEA highly preferred (required for credentialing) Must be available for the requested coverage dates and specify additional ongoing availability through October Must disclose the number of shifts available per month for ongoing coverage Must acknowledge and complete all required Epic training prior to the start date Must acknowledge the preferred hotel requirement when lodging is needed Clean malpractice and background history highly preferred NPDB self-query strongly preferred at presentationCredentialing Standard credentialing: Approximately 60 days Temporary credentialing: 30 days or less for qualified providers Emergency privileges available for providers with a clean credentialing fileAdditional Information Coverage may be at either clinic location, but not both simultaneously.
