Director of Talent Acquisition Northwestern Mutual Greater Colorado Location: Colorado Springs, CO Salary: $85,000-$105,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance. Identify, attract, and engage top talent through networking, referrals, social media, and recruiting platforms. Conduct interviews and candidate assessments. Partner with leadership to evaluate candidates and make hiring recommendations. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Represent the firm at networking, recruiting, and community events. Develop creative recruiting strategies that support firm growth. Track recruiting activity and continually improve recruiting processes and candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required. Proven success sourcing, engaging, and hiring quality candidates. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to contribute to a growing organization.
