Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with five-to-ten years of experience to become a part of our team! Strong candidates will demonstrate tangible and independent case management, sound legal knowledge, attention to detail and self-motivation. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute legal strategies for cases and matters
• Independently handle and manage cases and matters
• Prepare, draft and file pleadings, legal documents, and other related materials for clients
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Track and comply with all relevant deadlines
• Manage discovery process
• Conduct ethical interactions with clients and opposing parties
• Negotiate settlements
• Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and before government agencies

• Active license to practice law in Colorado (required)
• 5-10 years of professional legal experience
• Well-honed critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written communication abilities
• Extensive legal knowledge
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated experience handling court appearances and depositions independently
