POSITION SUMMARY:Seeking an experienced attorney with significant civil litigation experience to join our growing Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of civil litigation experience and will be able to run a case from start to finish.
The below qualifications are required:
- Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and in good standing
- Admission to Colorado state bar
- Significant civil litigation experience (10+ years), including jury trial experience
- Real estate litigation experience preferred, but not required
- Can run point on a case from start to finish
- Strong legal writing skills
- Ability to interface directly with clients
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team
- Outstanding judgment
