As we continue to grow our Denver office, we are seeking a Search Consultant/Recruiter to join our team. What You’ll Do as a Recruiter: Proactively engage attorney candidates through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to introduce opportunities and generate interest. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their experience, interests, and career goals. Coordinate and manage candidates through the interview process, serving as a point of contact and providing ongoing communication and follow-up. Partner with the sales team to identify qualified candidates and support successful placements. Qualifications and Strengths We’re Looking For: At least three years of recruiting experience. A strategic thinker who approaches candidate outreach and interactions thoughtfully. A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who takes ownership of their work and maintains high professional standards. Strong active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the legal industry and attorney career opportunities.
