As a Service Advisor, you're the quarterback of the repair process. Once a ticket comes in, it's yours. You'll write it, stage it, get it approved, coordinate with Parts and Scheduling, keep the customer informed, and make sure it's billed correctly. You're not stuck behind a counter selling - you're in the middle of the action, making sure every job flows from start to finish without dropping the ball.
