ERP Functional Analyst - Finance (Ideally Infor LN)

In this role you will configure and maintain Infor CSIE/ LN finance and order-to-cash modules for a manufacturing-focused ERP implementation. You will serve as the subject-matter expert on finance, compliance, and order-to-cash processes, guiding end users, supporting period closes, audits, and revenue recognition. Remote work with travel to Colorado is possible; local candidates in Boulder may have hybrid onsite requirements. This is a full-time position focused on enabling accurate financial operations and compliant processes within a growing ERP environment.

• Configure and maintain CSIE modules (GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Order-to-Cash)
• Provide functional user support and troubleshoot finance, order-to-cash, posting, and reporting issues
• Investigate postings, cost variances, intercompany flows, and revenue recognition to ensure accuracy and proper configuration
• Support period close, audit evidence, and SoD/compliance reviews with the business
• Maintain solution documentation and create training materials and SOPs for Finance, Compliance, and Order-to-Cash
• Collaborate with ERP Admin and Developers to test patches and reporting enhancements
• Manage support cases with Infor for Finance, Compliance, and Order-to-Cash incidents

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
• 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Finance, Costing, or Order-to-Cash
• 5-8 years ERP experience supporting GL, AP, AR, costing, and order-to-cash functions
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, inter-site transactions, and revenue flows
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues
