GoodwinRecruiting seeks an NPI Quality Engineer to lead quality planning and launch readiness for innovative clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services space. In this role, you will own NPI quality deliverables—FMEAs, control plans, validation, and risk management—while collaborating with cross-functional and supplier teams. You’ll drive root cause analysis, implement CAPAs, and ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory standards. This position offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with strong mentorship, autonomy, and performance-based rewards. Lead NPI quality planning, including control plans, validation, and risk management activities. Develop and maintain FMEAs, PPAP/APQP documentation, and quality plans for new products and services. Partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure robust launch readiness and process capability. Conduct root cause analysis and manage CAPAs to resolve product and process issues. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory or customer requirements. Analyze quality data, implement SPC, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance improvement. Prepare clear technical reports and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
