Join Hartford HealthCare’s multidisciplinary Memory Care Center to diagnose and treat cognitive disorders in a 100% outpatient practice. The role includes comprehensive patient care, academic activities, clinical research, and education of trainees, supported by advanced diagnostics and therapies. Evaluate and diagnose patients with cognitive disorders and dementia-related conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing memory care. Collaborate with neurology, neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, social work, and advanced practice nursing specialists. Use advanced diagnostics, including dementia biomarkers, neurocognitive testing, and amyloid PET imaging. Participate in clinical research, didactic activities, and academic presentations. Train and educate fellows, residents, and medical students.
