Position(s)

We are seeking exceptional senior litigation attorneys to lead and be part of a team litigating some of the most significant disputes involving founders, law firm partners, executives, rainmakers, and business owners. This is not a position for someone who wants routine commercial litigation. If you enjoy identifying leverage, exposing misconduct, developing complex factual records, and winning cases against traditional institutions with ethically questionable tactics--then this is an opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will initially focus primarily on one anticipated high-profile litigation against a large law firm and numerous of its partners, personally (including senior management) in a matter potentially involving:

  • ownership disputes
  • governance disputes
  • partner separations
  • fiduciary duty claims, including aiding and abetting
  • defamation and reputational attacks and damages
  • compensation disputes
  • fraud and fraudulent inducement
  • constructive fraud
  • promissory estoppel
  • unjust enrichment
  • conversion of client files/property'
  • conversion of personal economic property and intellectual property
  • misappropriation of trade secrets
  • quantum meruit
  • civil and business conspiracy
  • federal discrimination statutes (Title VII, Equal Pay Act, Retaliation)
  • hostile work environment
  • tortious interference with client and other business relationships
  • conspiracy
  • computer fraud (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act); trespass to chattels
  • unfair competition and antitrust
  • intentional infliction of emotional distress
  • emergency litigation.

The ideal client:

understands how to build a case from multiple angles simultaneously. You should be comfortable investigating complex misconduct involving ephemeral devices, litigating business torts, litigation employment and discrimination claims, managing emergency litigation with a prolonged multi-pronged aggressive approach, challenging institutional conduct, trial preparation.
