Business Development Specialist

Business Development Specialist (Transactional) – Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Partnering with a top-tier global firm to find a Business Development Specialist to support high-impact transactional practices and drive client growth initiatives. This is a highly visible, collaborative role working closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

• Lead and execute pitches, proposals, and RFPs for complex transactional work
• Support client targeting and growth strategies, including cross-selling opportunities
• Partner with attorneys and internal teams on market-facing initiatives and campaigns
• Help plan and execute client events and engagement efforts
• Track and analyze BD activity to support data-driven decision making
• Maintain and enhance pitch materials, client intelligence, and experience tracking

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of BD/marketing experience in a law firm
• Strong project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
