Litigation Associate

Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team in Wilmington.

Annual Salary Range: $205,000 to $225,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes.
• Litigation experience in the Court of Chancery of Delaware and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of Delaware.
• Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
• Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
• High Attention to Detail.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
