Maintain and repair Canon-supported imaging and printing equipment at customer sites. Diagnose and document product failures, complete maintenance and service reports, maintain assigned equipment, and help meet branch service targets. The role requires customer communication, shift flexibility, on-call rotations, travel, and physical activity. Perform routine maintenance on assigned Canon-supported machines. Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, and on-site maintenance. Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with supporting documentation. Maintain accurate technical information, field service reports, and expense reports. Maintain assigned Canon equipment and property. Support customer satisfaction and branch or district performance targets.
