CIB Finance & Business Management Global Program Mgmt, NA

In this role you drive transformation within a global Finance organization and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. You'll translate business needs into functional specifications and help shape the regional and global operating model. You collaborate across project teams, finance functions, and technology partners to manage data, governance, and risk while supporting testing and migration efforts. • Gather, understand and document finance business requirements and support the preparation of functional specifications
• Develop/review detailed operating model from a business and process perspective (regional/global)
• Define/document requirements for data migration, legal entity setup and product system feeds to finance environment
• Develop and implement governance structures to support project delivery
• Collaborate with the program test manager on test strategy, plans, scripts and data; ensure testing aligns with requirements
• Resolve business issues identified during testing
• Coordinate project efforts and migration plans with Business Lead
• Identify and manage project risks
• Work independently with minimal supervision and sound judgement
• Ensure project documentation is updated in the repository

• Knowledge of finance functions, processes, and supporting technology platforms
• Knowledge of regional finance operating model and end-to-end processes
• Understanding of CIB products' financial accounting
• Familiarity with line-of-business systems, middle office operations, and related areas
• Project management knowledge (lifecycle, governance, controls, best practices)
• Strong business and structured business analysis skills
• Expertise across core finance functions with some business/product knowledge
• Influencing, negotiation, and conflict management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
• Strong personal effectiveness: team player, multitasking, proactive ownership, sound judgement
• Delivery focus and attention to detail; proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project; accounting or PM qualification
