IM/FP with Post Acute Care Experience needed in Central Florida

Seeking a ABIM, ABFM or Geriatric Physician with Post Acute Care experience to join a large practice in Central Florida. Schedule is 3 days per week; some weekends required (likely twice a month would likely be one weekday worked and two weekend days worked and that would occur twice a month); on call for their patients during the day until 7 pm when not at the facility.
