About the Job

Our client, a leading global fashion retailer known for its people-first culture and commitment to excellence, is seeking a Regional Talent Manager to support retail teams across Central Florida. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive talent initiatives, strengthen employee performance, and support the full employee lifecycle while traveling regularly to store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with retail leadership to support talent strategy across multiple store locations
• Guide managers through employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and career development efforts
• Identify and develop high-potential talent while fostering a strong leadership pipeline
• Drive consistency in people practices, policy implementation, and employee experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational initiatives and business objectives
• Analyze workforce needs and recommend solutions that improve team performance and operational effectiveness
• Travel regularly to stores throughout Central Florida to build relationships and support field teams

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle within a retail environment
• Strong background in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching
• Experience partnering with multi-unit retail leadership teams
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Central Florida, spending a minimum of three days per week in stores
