We seek a Marketing Manager who can successfully saturate the Tampa commercial real estate market with retail, office, industrial and land listings, and contribute progressive marketing initiatives that enhance local team members. In this full-time position he/she will directly enhance marketing efforts through advanced marketing tactics, extensive commercial real estate knowledge, masterful storytelling skills, hands-on consultancy, and extraordinary customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce + report on successful marketing for all local listings and tenant accounts (flyer, email, social, website).
• Audit inventory to ensure accurate updates to third-party sites.
• Craft tenant and buyer tour books upon request, maintain aerial accuracy.
• Generate demographic reports and VOID analysis.
• Assemble custom thematic maps (population density, income / expenditures, competition, drive-times…).
• Create proposals, valuations, memorandums, confidential agreements on cash-flow assignments.
• Oversee local sign orders, installations, repairs, removals, and expenditures.
• Closed deal campaigns for featured completed transactions (press, social, print…).
• Active listing enhancements/customization for appropriate accounts.
• Build thought leaders with engaging social content and news breaking information.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign activities.
• Accurately account for digital deal files.
• Craft / update biographies and ensure third parties reflect current content.
• Catalogue and communicate local industry events / award opportunities.
• Assist in the creation of local advertisements or specialty materials.
• Assist with planning, executing and/or attending events for assigned markets.
• Assist with incoming calls and office equipment / supplies / IT, as needed.
• Maintain project logs, ensure accurate due dates and deliverables.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Two+ years marketing experience.
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Canva required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign required.
• Strong communicative, interpersonal skills.
• Organized multi-tasking abilities.
