Job Description/Responsibilities:
– Design the digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including target audiences, communication channels, sequence of impacts, and timing.
– Define campaign logic (what message, when, and to whom) and establish success criteria, KPIs, and expected reporting prior to launch.
– Translate marketing strategy into functional campaign logic executable in Adobe.
– Ensure consistency across message, channel, segmentation, and timing throughout the campaign lifecycle.
– Validate all functional dependencies required for campaign execution, including audiences, rules, triggers, content availability, and tracking.
– Configure and activate campaigns, audiences, rules, and journeys within Adobe platforms.
– Own and execute the campaign go-live, ensuring quality, accuracy, and readiness.
– Ensure alignment and preparedness across all stakeholders involved in the campaign.
– Monitor campaign performance against defined success criteria, ensuring traceability, control, and quality standards.
– Analyze results, produce campaign reporting, and derive actionable insights from performance data.
– Propose and implement continuous optimizations and contribute to the evolution of digital campaign best practices.
– Perform other duties as assigned or requested by the immediate supervisor.
