Business Analyst

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong experience with MySQL (writing queries, data extraction)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards/visualization
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, IT, Economics, or related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with executive-level stakeholders

Nice-to-Have (Plusses)

• Experience in healthcare or hospital environments
• Exposure to Epic (EMR system)
• Experience with RPA, automation, or AI tools/agents
• Certifications in Business Analytics, BI, Data Science, or Quality Improvement
• Master's degree
• Background in consulting, process improvement (PI), or strategy
• CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance metrics
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs across clinical, operational, and financial domains
• Prepare and manage data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
• Support system-wide quality improvement initiatives and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities
• Provide guidance/mentorship to a junior analyst

Compensation:

$38/hr to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
