Business Development Manager

This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and winning new customers within freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain solutions.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with operational teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and sales reporting.
• Travel throughout the region to meet customers and prospects.

• Proven success in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience within international freight forwarding
