Desort is expanding our national Dental Division and seeking a Dental Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist to drive growth across DSOs, private practices, and multi-location dental groups.

This role is built for a polished communicator who thrives in a performance-driven environment and excels at building long-term, high-value client partnerships. You'll represent a fast-scaling recruitment brand with a strong reputation in the dental industry — and play a direct role in shaping our national expansion.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of dental clients
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct outreach and pitch Desort's recruitment solutions
• Strengthen Desort's presence across DSOs and private practices
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
• Provide insights on dental hiring trends and compensation
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or dental/healthcare staffing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Confident with outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple pipelines
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Compensation (Commission-Only)

• Unlimited commission
• Bi-annual performance bonuses
• Earnings range: $85,000 – $180,000+ annually, depending on performance
• Fully remote role
• High autonomy and direct impact on division growth
