Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Location: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, New York, or Salt Lake City.

Our client is seeking an associate with debt finance transactional experience to join its Legal Firm. This position may be based in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, New York, or Salt Lake City.

This role will support a broad range of debt finance transactions, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of financing and related ancillary documentation. The position involves advising on credit facilities and other financing arrangements, while working collaboratively with partners and attorneys across practice groups to move transactions forward efficiently.

Associates will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients, manage day to day aspects of transactions, and assist in progressing matters from initiation through closing.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of debt finance transactional experience
• Experience may include lender side, borrower side, or a combination of both
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound professional judgment and client focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Active Bar membership in good standing in at least one jurisdiction
• Ability to obtain admission in the hiring office state in a timely manner

Compensation:

$260- 390K base salary, depending on experience and other job related factors
