You will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with our technological solutions. Manage large volumes of incoming calls and customer inquiries. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the initiative to suggest solutions through established channels to enhance the company’s services.
