Guide innovation across polyurethane, thermoplastics, and polymer solutions serving demanding industrial, chemical, and defense markets. Establish quality standards, oversee testing and validation, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure products meet customer and applicable requirements. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams to solve technical challenges, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver reliable material solutions. Direct research, development, and quality functions for engineered polymer products. Lead product innovation and development involving polyurethane, thermoplastics, and rubber.
