East Region-Business Performance Improvement - People & Chance - Change Management Associate Director

In this role you drive large-scale ERP-enabled change programs, leading the Change Management capability from pursuit to delivery. You will partner with C-suite and senior leaders to craft tailored solutions and oversee delivery, governance, and adoption outcomes. You help shape transformation programs across ERP platforms like Workday, Oracle, and SAP S/4HANA while mentoring teams and expanding client relationships. • Lead growth and delivery of the Change Management capability from pursuit to delivery, including scope, SOWs, and handoff to project teams
• Oversee day-to-day change management delivery for ERP transformations across HCM, RTR, PTP, LWM, and PTM to drive adoption and value
• Serve as CMO/PMO lead within ERP programs, aligning with SI and BI teams for stakeholder-centered adoption
• Design stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and role-based end-user training
• Conduct ERP-specific change impact inventories, assessments, readiness surveys, and adoption analytics
• Lead design-thinking workshops and leadership sessions to resolve business challenges and co-create solutions
• Communicate effectively with large ERP teams (100+ members) through written, verbal, and presentations
• Mentor junior professionals to build capability and ensure high-quality client service
• Drive end-to-end business development, including shaping pursuits, proposals, and executive presentations
• Champion AI-enabled tools to enhance communications, training, and adoption across programs

• Experience leading change management on ERP implementations; familiarity with at least two modules: HCM, RTR, PTP, LWM, PTM
• Developing and executing change deliverables: impact assessments, stakeholder maps, training needs analyses, resistance management
• Organizational readiness assessments and post-go-live adoption tracking for ERP programs
• Facilitating design thinking workshops and UAT readiness with business stakeholders
• Analyzing HR or operational processes for gaps and improvement in SAP-driven change
• Utilizing AI tools and digital accelerators to improve workflow and analytics
• Ability to synthesize data to support decisions and clearly communicate findings
• Experience supporting business development, including scope identification and proposal development
• Ability to build relationships with senior client leaders and lead teams across delivery
• Leadership and supervisory experience; mentoring and cross-functional coordination
• Bachelor's degree; 9+ years in Human Capital Consulting/Change Management/HR Transformation; management consulting experience required
• PROSCI certification (preferred); PMP or similar (a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LMS platforms and AI tools (preferred)
