Our client, a respected outpatient therapy provider in the Northside Jacksonville community, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their growing team.

This clinic serves a diverse patient population-warehouse workers, veterans, seniors, student athletes, and more-giving you exposure to a rewarding, well rounded caseload where your work has a visible impact.

Shift

Full-Time Days No weekends or holidays

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence based physical therapy across a wide range of conditions
• Track, document, and report on patient progress
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical team
• Stay current on best practices through ongoing training and CE
• Provide patient centered, community-focused care

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active (or eligible) Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• New graduates welcome to apply!

Preferred Experience

• Outpatient experience
• Interest or background in:
• Orthopedics
• Manual therapy
• Hand therapy
• Prosthetic rehab
• Vestibular or concussion care
