We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services in a patient-centered clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in executing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
Provide hands-on support with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising physical therapist
Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care focused on recovery and well-being
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Educate patients on prescribed exercises and recovery techniques
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida
Strong knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or exposure to orthopedic rehabilitation
