Telehealth Physician Partner - Performance Medicine (MD/DO)

About the Role

Averion Health is a performance-focused telehealth clinic built exclusively for founders and executives experiencing burnout, brain fog, and reduced output. We're seeking a licensed physician to join our clinical team as a physician partner - handling patient reviews, lab interpretation, and protocol-based prescribing across our 90-day Founder Burnout Reversal Program.

On the patient acquisition side, we have the infrastructure and track record to deliver consistent, high-quality patient volume.

Our founder brings a background in $276M+ in structured financial work across institutional investment platforms - which means this is being run like a real business, not a side project.

What You'll Do

• Review patient intake forms and burnout assessments - all async and telehealth-based

• Authorize and interpret hormone and metabolic lab panels (Quest / LabCorp)

• Prescribe and manage personalized protocols - HRT, NAD+, nootropics - as clinically appropriate

• Conduct structured telehealth consults and 90-day progress check-ins

• Document all clinical decisions and maintain compliant records within Healthie EHR

• Respond to adverse event protocols per our documented clinical SOPs

Requirements

• Active MD or DO license - Florida and Texas required (additional states a plus)

• DEA registration and clean malpractice history

• Experience or strong interest in hormonal optimization, functional medicine, or performance health

• Comfortable with async telehealth workflows and EHR-based patient management

• MSO or independent contractor experience is preferred but not required - we have documented SOPs and a full compliance stack to onboard efficiently

Compensation

Per-patient fee + monthly retainer - structure scales directly with volume. You focus entirely on clinical work. We handle all marketing, intake, operations, scheduling, and patient communications.
