Role Description

This can be a full-time or part-time, on-site role located in the Miami (Pinecrest area) for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this role, you will provide therapy services to clients, including individual, family, and group counseling, focusing on mental health and well-being. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, maintaining records of client progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. You will also provide support for individuals dealing with mental health conditions to promote healing and improved quality of life.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to create and coordinate customized care plans for clients
  • Knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Psychology to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Skills in Relationship Counseling to address interpersonal and family dynamics
  • Strong communication, active listening, and empathy to build trusting therapeutic relationships
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and providing trauma-informed care is a plus
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and maintaining proper documentation
