Role Description

Tampa Autism Testing Center is a new autism-focused diagnostic practice serving children and families throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a Florida-licensed psychologist to provide clinical oversight and support comprehensive autism evaluations.

This is an opportunity to help shape a growing, mission-driven practice from the ground up while serving families who are seeking clarity, answers, and support.

The ideal candidate has experience with autism evaluations, diagnostic assessments, parent feedback sessions, and working collaboratively with testing/support staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and/or supervise autism diagnostic evaluations
• Review testing results and diagnostic reports
• Provide clinical oversight to psychometrist/testing staff
• Participate in diagnostic impressions and parent feedback sessions
• Ensure clinical documentation meets professional and ethical standards
• Help establish efficient evaluation workflows and clinical processes

Qualifications

• Active Florida Licensed Psychologist credential required
• PhD or PsyD in Psychology
• Experience with autism evaluations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ADOS-2, developmental history, cognitive/adaptive assessments preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Professional, compassionate, and family-centered approach
