Dental Assistant

Bilingual Dental Assistant - Cross-Trained / Growth Opportunity

Pay: $23-$28 per hour, based on experience and skills

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and professional Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , has dental assisting experience, and is flexible and interested in being cross-trained to support both the clinical and front-office sides of the practice as needed .

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting during dental procedures
• Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms
• Sterilization and infection-control procedures
• Taking digital X-rays and other clinical duties within your qualifications
• Providing excellent patient care and communication
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient clinical area
• Assisting the front office when needed
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients
• Learning insurance verification, treatment coordination, and other front-office responsibilities
• Working collaboratively with the entire dental team

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, organized, and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
• Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
• Interested in learning and being cross-trained in both front and back office
• Previous front-office dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Experience with dental software is a plus
