Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Multiple Openings

creCER Behavior Support LLC is currently seeking multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Parrish, Florida area .
We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional RBTs who are passionate about working with children and families and providing high-quality ABA services.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy according to the clients treatment plan.
- Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
- Collect accurate data during sessions.
- Complete session notes and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate professionally with supervising BCBAs, caregivers, and the administrative team.
- Attend required supervision and training.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA, BACB, Medicaid/payer, and agency requirements.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule with assigned clients.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current background screening/clearance as required
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while following BCBA supervision and treatment protocols
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining consistent client services
