Vi Living is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead engaging programs that enhance residents’ well-being in our luxury senior living community. In this role, you will design and oversee a diverse calendar of social, educational, and wellness experiences tailored to older adults. You’ll collaborate with healthcare, dining, and operations teams, supervise lifestyle staff, manage budgets and vendors, and build strong relationships with residents. Ideal candidates bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or related fields. Design, plan, and oversee a calendar of social, educational, and wellness programs for residents Collaborate with healthcare, dining, and operations teams to integrate lifestyle offerings with resident care plans Lead and supervise lifestyle staff and volunteers, ensuring high service standards Coordinate special events, outings, and partnerships with community organizations Monitor resident participation and satisfaction, adjusting programs based on feedback Manage lifestyle department budget, scheduling, and vendor relationships Ensure programs meet safety, regulatory, and company standards Promote resident engagement through effective communication and personalized outreach Program planning and coordination Event management Staff supervision and scheduling Budget management Vendor and community partnership management Resident assessment and engagement strategies Senior living or gerontology knowledge Safety and regulatory compliance in senior care Customer service and hospitality Written and verbal communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred Activities Director or Recreation certification a plus CPR/First Aid certification preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 read more
