Healthcare United is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician for an established outpatient practice in Jacksonville, Florida.

The physician will step into an immediate patient base with strong referral and procedural volume and dedicated clinical support.

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain
• Perform epidural steroid injections
• Perform facet injections and medial branch blocks
• Perform radiofrequency ablation
• Perform joint injections
• Perform spinal cord stimulator procedures
• Develop treatment plans
• Provide appropriate medication management
• Maintain EMR documentation
