About the Role In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple clients and filling positions across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and consistently delivers top talent. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding Handle high-volume requisitions across multiple client accounts Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and ATS systems Proactively source passive candidates Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure engagement and retention Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) 1 year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience strongly preferred) Experience handling high-volume recruitment Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and job boards Must be Bilingual English & Spanish Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
