Lead onsite technical support for large-scale high-performance computing and AI infrastructure at a national laboratory. Coordinate hardware, Linux, software and remote engineering resources; manage incidents and maintenance; and serve as the customer’s primary technical contact. Requires a related bachelor’s degree, four or more years of Linux systems administration experience, Security certification, and an active or obtainable TS or DOE-Q clearance. Lead onsite technical teams supporting HPC and AI infrastructure. Coordinate support across hardware, Linux, software and remote engineering resources. Troubleshoot enterprise servers, compute nodes, networks, interconnects and storage. Manage technical incidents and maintenance activities. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer. Support large-scale HPC clusters and AI infrastructure.
