Associate Attorney Tampa - Casualty Litigation (214/o)

Established fast-paced firm where associates thrive because of their access to unparalleled training and the autonomy to run their own cases, is looking to add a Casualty Litigation Associate Attorney to their team. Successful candidates will have no less than 3 years and no more than 7 years of civil litigation experience in the areas of casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation. Associates enjoy a structured mentoring program, monthly, in-house training programs, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to work closely with partners who are willing and eager to provide new challenges. The position is full-time and onsite at the firms' Tampa, Florida office.
In this position Associates:

• will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
• will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages.
• will conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions.
• will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.

• Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing

• Must have strong academic credentials
• Must have the ability to handle files from inception to trial
• Must have experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial.
• Must have excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
